I love the song "Realize" and throughly enjoy "Bubbly." Everything else on this album sounds like everything else I've ever heard, not to mention each other, so save yourself some money and download these two if you like them and ignore the rest. It's really not worth the money.

One Cell In the Sea

One Cell In the Sea is probably my favorite album released in the last two years. For a guy who buys hundreds of CDs a year and listens to every genre under the sun, that's saying something. Every track on the album is incredible. This is probably the best debut album since Third Eye Blind's debut masterpiece.

Even though I loved the album from the start, some of the songs didn't hit me at first. I was not a big fan of "You Picked Me," because starting your song off with "One, Two, Three" just isn't the way to win me over. Still, this song has grown on me too. I can forgive the counting off.

Girls and Boys

This was a very hyped CD and for me with my middle of the road taste, found it to be the worse CD I have purchased, in addition to Blue Raincoat by Jennifer Warrens. After The Hunter with Jennifer Warnnes came out, Jennifer could have sold me an Edsel. What is her game plan? On Michaelson's album girls and boys I did like "The Way I Am". I do have a machine that will let me splice tracks together, so maybe I can salvage one song from the miserable album.

This album is awesome! I love to listen to her songs! Of course the title track, "Put Your Arms Around Me", "Happy", and "Freckles" are my faves. If you're looking for carefree, feel good music, this is a must have.

I ordered this CD because of love her two singles that are always played on the radio (Bleeding Love and Better in Time). Those are the first two songs on the CD - and the only ones I ever listen to. The other stuff is just ok. I'd recommened just downloading the mps of songs you like.

Kate's CD was very good. It's varied, and fun. I think all of the songs are good, some are great. Her voice is unique, I don't get tired of listening to it.

The novelty factor in this album (she sings in several different languages) wears off quick. If you want world music I'd recommend the Putumayo CDs. This album here is dull and repetitious (though exciting at first because you have no idea what she's on about).

Drastic Fantastic

(In America) it is incredibly hard to know who the real artist are. The industry promotes so many over glamorized puppets, that we start to assume that all good looking artist must be fakes. This is not the case with KT Tunstall. Like Elvis, she has incredible musical talent, singing talent, and happens to be good looking. I was lucky enough to see her recently in concert and I swear she sounds (vocally and musically) even better live than on her album.

Drastic Fantastic is a really great album, which compliments her first album Eye to the Telescope very nicely. All of the tracks are good, but my two favorites are "If only" and "Hopeless".

If you liked the great alternative sound of the 1990's, give KT a listen.
