Anti-Heroes have been my last baston for solid punk music for a few years now. The rest are eather dead or broke up years ago. Since they're a local Atlanta band catching one of their shows on the weekend was a common ritual.
My best decription has always been, imagine Sam Kinison fronting a Oi! band. Mark has a voice that could tear through sheet metal. Thats a good thing btw. And i'll side with some of the less ignorant reviews here, they are NOT nazis and they are NOT racists. I've met black fans at their shows and they didn't catch any grief from anyone.
That said, American Pie is a must have for anyone that is frustrated with the overabundence of pop-punk that is in the mainstream nowdays. And even those of you that can't live ... Read More:

Attention Sum 41 fans: If you're buying this cd, much like I did, thinking that you're getting new music, think again. There is no original sum 41 music on this cd at all as it is simply a biography. Don't be fooled! It's not worth it.

I happened to be in Tenn. for a couple nights and had the privilege to catch these guys at a local club. For one, they rocked. I'm from Cincinnati Oh., and we dont have local bands nearly this good. They have a great, natural powerpop sound and a great look--especially that bass player. He's sooo dreamy.

The Regressives were recommended by a friend, and its just one more reason this person is a friend. The Regressives are awesome!!! I listened once, then listened again, and again and again! And then I went and ordered their other cd's.

Although "Sushi & Saki" is my fav tune, all the songs are decent. These guys are talented, they know what they're doing, and they're sure to have a great future! I don't know who to compare them to - their style is unique. But they've got sharp percussion, great vocals, and really have it together.

I'm anxiously awaiting their next cd... in the meantime I'm getting the word out for others to check them out. The Regressives have got it goin on!!!!
