Awesome stuff, but don't confuse it with the Japanese-style hardcore band from Oregon of the same name.
This stuff is hard rocking with saxaphone. That stuff is hard rocking with splintering bone. Not the same approach at all.

Dont get me wrong Jacob Hansen has good vocals its just...it makes Anubis Gate sound like the rest of the prog bands.Torben Askholm who was the vocals for the past two albums gave the band a unique sound with his agressive smooth vocals and danish accent.Even though they switched vocalists the band still has the same style.With thick riffs,lots of rhythm,and smooth vocals sung over them with plenty of sing-along choures's.A worthy CD to buy.But i would get A Perfect Forever over this album.(also the mp3 version of A Perfect Forever album has little to no compression)

First the Good...Now I'm biased because I sang in the recording session. BUT!!! cmon this is Detroit Gosepl at it's best. Brian Watkins, Tony Lucas, Larry Tucker, And of course Volley! Victor and Derek directing!!! This was done in the heyday of about 9 choirs releasing albums left and right from the local area. Wanda is at her best hitting impossible notes and preaching all over the place. Oh yeah it was like 90 million degrees in Peters Rock that whole day!! If you have never heard this woman sing live?...find a way to see her, rather she's in Atlanta or Detroit! This Recording was CRAZYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!....... 5 stars!!
