Songs like Sublime, In the middle of a dream and Pretty Things rock with an undeniable melodic force. Muse came out of the Miami/South Beach music scene of the mid to late nineties, got signed to Atlantic records, recorded Arcana in L.A., moved to Atlanta and toured with the likes of Collective Soul, Luscious Jackson, Space, Porno for Pyros, Julianna Hatfield, Cracker, Evan Dando, The Cure and Live. What happened after that is shrouded in Rock & Roll History.
