This was the type of music back in my days of high school. What really made give this album 5 stars, was the fact that for once there are songs where someone other than coko get to sing the lead. Can't cope and Mystery were pleasant surprises when I first heard them plus if you like jams that make your car boom, these 2 song are sure to do it!

I picked up this album a maximum of two days after seeing the movie it accompanies. I was visiting home (the UK) and wanted a reminder of UK club life to take back with me, and I could not have made a better choice. The album is made up of 2 CD's, the first CD a selection of the music and a lot of the more memorable sections of dialogue. This CD is good but for me what makes the album is the second CD, which is a mix by Pete Tong (one of the UKs most influencial DJs)of the tunes featured in or inspired by the movie. For a snapshot of UK club life in 1998-1999 I definitely recommend picking up this album. I have played the 2nd CD to death, it totally transports me back to the clubs in the UK and for its 60+ minutes length I picture myself ... Read More:

I found this to be just as enjoyable as BIG NOYD, BLAQ POET, etc. I am brand new to him and am very eager to see if he continues to make good records. If you like the NY Underground Mc's I highly suggest you check this out.

Dismember's music has not changed a bit. they may have gotten a new 2nd guitarist, but their music has not changed. this is the 2nd album I have bought from them since 1997's "Death Metal", and to me, their music is the same. I hope they never change their formula. Dismember rocks!

This CD is GARBAGE, period. Heavy Metal/hard rock USED TO have great, memorable riffs, technical and emotive lead runs, and top notch vocalists who could actually SING (ex., Geoff Tate, Joe Lynn Turner, Bruce Dickinson, Klaus Meine, Paul Stanley, Rob Halford, Graham Bonnett, Ronnie James Dio, Minoru Niihara, David Coverdale, Robert Plant, Geddy Lee, Eric Bloom, Sebastian Bach, Tommy Keifer, Steven Tyler, etc. etc. etc.) instead of no talent 'angry Cookie Monster' screaming like on this release. Top notch musicians used to reign in the 'classic metal' days, but clearly, if this noise is any indicator, musical standards have been lowered BIGTIME! If you're MUSICALLY STUNTED and enjoy aimless screaming masquerading as singing, and sub-par guitar playing, you will love ... Read More:
