I do not think that any other motion picture score has been "appropriated" for the trailers of other films than Elmer Bernstein's classic score for "To Kill a Mockingbird" (the only other serious contenders would be "The Natural" and "The Last of the Mohicans"). This is not surprising, because this is certainly one of the most beloved film scores in American cinematic history. The music that underscores the finale ("...and he would be there when Jem woke up in the morning") is wonderfully evocative, one of those perfect marriages between images and music that stays with you forever. To Kill A Mockingbird: Original Motion Picture Score (1996 Re-recording)

Undoubtedly TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD is a masterpiece score, and no small thanks goes to orchestrators Leo Shuken and Jack Hayes. In addition to this fine (but rather over-produced Varese recording) is the Mainstream CD re-issue of the original Ava LP release. Sadly not only is the Mainstream CD deleted, but it was missing one track and several other tracks have become distorted, perhaps due to improper storage. Screen Archives currently offer a 1970's re-recording as part of an 11 CD set, this one with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, also conducted by Bernstein. I recommend this as closest to the original, other than the actual Ava LP.
