I bought this CD based on the reviews and it was everything everyone said it was. I have older children that are in college and want the CD because when they listen to it with their brother, it's so relaxing. If you want gentle background music to lull your child to sleep, this is it. If you want to destress with soothing music, this is it. Excellent.

First of all let me say my experience with this bands music is limited. I saw them for the first (and so far only) time back in July when they played at the Smell. I had actually gone to see another band, and was just killing time until they went on. I had heard of MLB before, but from what I was told I wasn't holding my breathe about them being any good. So I watched their set, and I have to say I really enjoyed it. I noted that they would be releasing another ablum soon and decided to get it when it came out. I finally got the CD yesterday, and I have to say I really like it. It has solid lyrics; the sound is lush and layered; the vocals are distorted, but not enough that unintelligable.
