Lullaby: A CollectionSearch: Threads by: Various Artists Release Date October 25, 1994 A close friend bought us this CD when I got pregnant. I played it on a loop for my daughter for the earliest months when she slept and now play it when I'm trying to wind her down at nap time. It's really soothing and calming. If i'm tired when i put it on my eye lids begin to weigh a pound each. My one complaint is one song, I think it's by take 6, that all the sudden gets very loud. I have to keep the entire volume super low or be prepared to skip that one loud song. An annoying flaw in an otherwise really lovely compilation. (Tip: Just cut a new CD with your favorites, you'll inevitably like most of these.) |

His first album made a little noise, not due to anything musically, but because his hatred of Jews was printed in a Washington Post interview. Very tired 5% Nation of Islam crap, down with Whitey/Up with Hate. This is really wack, and by Wack, I mean I would rather listen MC Hammer. |

After having my second child, it's still the CD of choice during nap and bedtime. These songs are so relaxing not just for the children but for mommy too. I wish amazon offered samples of each song to hear for those considering purchasing this. What a fabulous collection of songs! Every time I hear one it brings such calm and peace around. This is a must have CD for any child or parent!! |
