This is blue music mixed with African sounds. It is in it's own way relaxing blues music with the excellent voice of Markus James, blending in with the haunting sounds of African music. It is similar to the other great Cd by Markus James 'Timbuktubab'. Highly Recommended.

I like both Marty Haugen and David Haas. Their music brings a sense of peace and sernity. I have two cousins that play for them also, and both will be involved with the ordination when that time comes.

This CD offers some wonderful songs. I heard this CD at a 9/11 Mass and one of the songs struck me and that was the Spirit Song. Robin's vocals are beautifully haunting on this particular song. Other songs of interest are Be Not Afraid (Pope John Paul II's favorite), Hosea and the Prayer of St. Francis all of which are done in beautiful manner.

This CD offers some wonderful songs. I heard this CD at a 9/11 Mass and one of the songs struck me and that was the Spirit Song. Robin's vocals are beautifully haunting on this particular song. Glory Day

The two Glory Day CD's were recorded live with a cast of fantastic musicians. Lori True has an amazing voice and Kate Cuddy's voice will make the hair on the back of your neck stand up, it's so angelic. Both women's voices are very complimentary to David Haas and the those who sing with them.

The entire CD collection is fantastic, but my personal favorites are Magnificat, Onward to the Kingdom, and We Are Called. Who am I kidding?? I love both CD's!!

This is a must for anyone who wants to extend the peace and joy they feel after hearing David Haas music at Mass. I love to listen to the CD's while driving or unwinding at the end of the day.
