The UMC's flew under many people's radars, but as you can see now its a much sought after release..Great beats and flows that sparked a style of rap which has carried on through today (you can even say Kanye uses similar style) "Anyway the Wind Blows", "Woman Be Out", "Never Never Land" and the classic "Bleu Cheese" are choice cuts on this album..cop it if you can!

I love this 3 CD set. My set arrived in beautiful condition. (I am sorry another reviewer's did not). I like the photo on the cover but most of all I like the memories it brings back.
Doris Day singing, in the movies was great. I think Doris Day deserved more recognition for her talents.
Put on one of these CDs and you can hear the happiness and the heartbreak. With a song in my heart was Doris Day!

There are very few albums I would recommend as completely as this one. Satire, humour, creativity and dead on musicianship simmer up this rich cultural stew of the late 1960s. Great basic rock informed by a deep and practiced knowledge of jam jazz underlay lyrics that are witty, satirical and antisocial. A healthy antidote to both social conformity, and naive idealism, you can put this one up on a shelf with the likes of Gene Cruppa, Spike Jones, Tex Avery & Walter Lantz, Jackson Pollock and Hunter S. Thompson. If I could give ten stars I would.
