I have no idea how this Comp. is supposed to be Trance. This is a far cry from Trance, even house style. Listen to the sound clips before you buy. Its just plain ole tired house music. If you are looking for House with more a "Techno" feel, so to say, then try the Webster Hall "Tranzworld" Series. I believe a box set is avaiable for the series. Even though it starts at the mid 90's, and works its way up through the years, its still a great comp. and house music really hasnt changed a hullva lot since that time period. (at least I dont hear much diffrence expect it has seem to get more "poppy"

Leo Kraft (b. 1922) was a long-time professor at Queens College and possibly best known in that role and as a writer of technical books on music. But he also has been a prolific composer. This disc contains chamber music in various instrumental combinations. "Six Pieces for Violin and Piano," impressively played by Renee Jolles, violin, and Christopher Oldfather, has the violin front and center; the piano truly is, for most of the work, an obbligato instrument. The music in this and all the other works recorded here, save possibly the "Chamber Symphony," is in an impressively crafted, astringent, post-Hindemithian style, often veering into atonality and, sadly, there is little that is memorable. In the "Six Pieces" I was struck ... Read More:

this is the only recording you should be listening to, by death/black metal outfit Everdark. i found everything else by them as utterly uninspired and unoriginal (tho well executed) junk. THIS, however is one hell of an EP. they have very obvious 80's heavy metal influences and they show it with a host of tasty riffs throughout the album's 20+ minutes. this was a hint of much brilliance that after all, was lost from the band, with its subsequent releases. their creative boom was only about 23 minutes long. too bad. for the extreme metal connoisseur, this is not to be missed.

It's simple, take a trip back to those classic tracks where GU all began. I still remember the striped pants and wild hair and the girls grinding in bikinis.
Tracks are brilliant. CD 3 is a bit too old for my liking but love the progressive classics of CD 1 and 2. Nice big velvet box to put on the shelf with booklet of the same size with pictures and info. about the past GU series.
CD 4 the GUmusic (unmixed) is fantastic and I loved using the tracks within my mixes.
A 5 out of 5 for any avid GU fan such as me and so cheap for a great collectors item. JBhifi is selling it for over $100Aus cause it looks expensive, so buy it from here. Is a feature of the bookshelf and even a non-GU fans will want to take a look ... Read More:
