They'd gotten off to a flyer of a start with their debut which while fairly flawed was a bit of a blueprint for how the hard end of AOR would sound for the rest of the 80's. Sure they'd dropped the ball somewhat with the horrid 7800' farenheit but fair is fair, they'd gotten over that speedbump to their career and become a real juggernaut of no brains teenybopper hard rock - and I do mean that as a compliment.
