This was my first GrooveLily CD, and I was amazed at their talent. The words and lyrics are really delightful. I'll be checking out more of their work soon. Makes me wish I lived closer to New York.

A lot of the performances are horrid, some of the arrangements are insipid. There ended up being about 30 tunes and songs here that were of interest--and over 100 that I'll never listen to again. In many ways, it's a beautifully packaged vanity project of limited interest musically.

"Something That is Deep Inside" has a freshness in lyrics/vocals that is long overdue. The CD brings out a plethora of emotions/feelings that have been locked deep within for far too long. "Bella Donna" & "I Must Be Gone Today" are hauntingly erotic and beautiful. "Je T'aime I Love You" takes you on an untaunted emotional high. "Soft Lights Sweet Music Satin Sheets" urges you to feel the true love within. "I Remember Christmas" & "It Must Be Christmas" show the true meaning/closeness of Christmas...NO commercialism here. I truely recommend George's CD to all.

I have a four year old, and I've heard this recording at least 50 times. The orchestra is great and Hart's narration is very well done. My son has danced this piece for us many times and I'll always think of it fondly. This "Peter and the Wolf" is a great way to keep away from the overproduced, low-quality, sticky sweet nonsense that's sold as music for small children.

I have been waiting for this cd. Dance Party 2006 was highly enjoyable to me. My favorite song would have to be Bob Sinclare's Rock This Party, he uses nice beats mixed with 90's dance vocals. I also really enjoy the remixes of Bananarama's Look on the Floor. It has a nice trance like feel to it as well as the remix of Kiras Against all odds, I liked the original a lot to. One song that I didn't like was Love don't let me go. It just didn't grab my attention like the others did.

Overall a very good cd! If you like previous DP cds you should have no problem with this one!
