 Rating: - Pretty amazing!I listened to this 3-4 times before I ever heard the end of the CD because I fell sound asleep! I had to make a point of and decision to stay awake to hear it (which I did and finally heard the whole thing and loved it). I have had trouble getting to sleep pretty much all my life so this is pretty amazing. It's just soothing and quite literally 'feels' good. One selection i didn't like as well as the rest, almost slightly irritating, but after listening to the whole thing a few times, I love it all. It seemed as if the one that i hadn't liked so well was just healing. I actually recommend listening to the samples of the various Jonathan Goldman CDs and pick the one that fits you best. Don't try this while you are driving, believe me, it will relax you very deep.
