Yes, it's a great CD and DVD...and my expectations were fulfilled. I've seen Mana in concert twice and the DVD and music are great representations of the experience. Great delivery of the songs, too, and so it's well worth the money.

Didn't get five stars because, as another reviewer mentioned, just too much that's covered in En Vivo. And do we really need another live recording of "El Rey"? Yes, these are the songs you'd hear at the concert so I suppose that's the reason the selections were made, so I can cut the band some slack. Five stars would have been warranted if it had been double length with some more newer songs.

I'm a gringo and don't speak Spanish very well, but thanks to the Amores Perros soundtrack I've become a big Rock en Espanol fan. Mana is one of the bands that kept popping up in my searches, so I gave Sueños Liquidos a shot and since then I've collected all of their albums.

This disc is a good retrospective of their catalog with a track or two off of each album through Revolución de Amor and it focuses on my personal favorites: the upbeat dancable songs. They have a poppy, rock style and are often compared to U2. I find their music more joyous, but maybe it is just that I don't follow the lyrics too well.

That said...these discs are kind of expensive. Sueños Liquidos and Revolución de Amor are both chock full ... Read More:

Gracias a Dios que maná no toca reguetón, como lo dice el ingnorante que escibió el Editorial Review (en español) por un momento me imagine a los integrantes con cadenas en el cuello y actuando como changos. Lo que maná hace es una fusion de Rock y Reggae mas no reguetón, pobre Bob Marley si supiera que al reggae lo confunden con el reguetón se volveria a morir pero de de coraje.

Highlights you won't find on "Unplugged" include Fehr's piercingly sweet vocal on "Te LLore un Rio," his nod toward Bob Marley on the sexy "Te Deseo," and the classic "Te Llevare al Cielo." More great pop composing, performance, alma, corazon and clean lines of beautiful Spanish on this disc than on a dozen ordinary greatest hits records.
