this is the first Tony Bennet CD I own, and I belive is worth having among my collection. I'm a big fan of Bill Evans and that is what attracted me from this CD. He plays exquisitely. Add the talent of legend Bennet and you have truly a masterpiece.

I think Frank's half-dozen or so "broken heart" LP's represent his highest quality work, and this one ranks just a hair below "In the Wee Small Hours" and "Only the Lonely." Of course, as a fan, I also like his six best "hat" albums, those bright and swinging affairs. Everything Loreenna McKennitt does is graceful, beautiful and poetic! This is a gem and worth the money spent to purchase and the time spent to watch it.

This second number has a faster tempo that is also rather jazzy--and elegant. Peggy bats this straight out of the ballpark and she changes tempo and keys effortlessly. "I've Got You Under My Skin" ... Read More:

... what's really missing is his stellar contribution to the "Night Shift" movie soundtrack, "Girls Know How", a catchy uptempo number with great horn charts.
I only wish I could have seen Al live in concert during his 80's prime!
