Have you seen the album cover? And, have you related it to the titled, "The Evolution of Robin Thicke?" If you have, then you probably feel like me, what a creative move on Robin Thicke's behalf! On the album cover, Robin goes from crawling to standing, which is truly an evolution! That was definitely worth pointing out. Many people have told me to listen to this album because they felt that it was so good, and, while it's not quite as good as most are saying, it is definitely and good and solid LP. Most of the production is basic, but the lyrics and Thicke's magnificent falsetto help to bring this album up several notches.

I think beyonce did an amazing job in proving herself as a vocalist and as an artist in her solo album. She definately doesnt need to be in a group to be noticed because she is at a point in her career where i think shes grown so much vocaly. Making her solo album is showing everyone how strong she is as a singer and artist and i think her album definately proves it. She came out with 3 or 4 hits that climbed the charts really fast. The only negative thing that i would have to say about this cd is that the only songs i like were the ones she released and maybe 1 or 2 others. The rest of the songs were slower and had less of a beat and didnt make me feel like dancing at all. I still recommend this cd because her voice alone is extremely soothing after a long ... Jay-Z & R Kelly second and final collobration album was "Unfinished Business" (2004) a subpar follow up to their mediocre first collaboration joint "Best of Both Worlds". While the idea of combining one of the Rap Game's most well known MC's with one of R & B's seemed like it had potential it never resulted in a worthwhile effort in my opinion. I was a fan of both these artists in their early day's, but got tired of the quantity over quality formula. The sad thing about R Kelly, is he was one of R & B's most talented artist's but has blemished his reputation by his personal actions. I personally can't enjoy his music like I used to. Red Light Special was the second single from TLC's 1994 album CrazySexyCool.

The video was released some time in February 1995.

This song marked a change for tlc. They weren't foreigners to ballads, but they had never done a sexual ballad up until this point. Well, you could count Baby, Baby, Baby as a sort of sexual ballad but I don't (it's too uptempo). Anyway, while Red...is not one of my favorite tlc jams, it is good. It has good, poignant lyrics. And they definitely get their point across without being too explicit. The most explicit lines are "I'll let you touch it if you'd like to go d/own. I'll let you go further if you take the southern route." And of course the "take off my clothes" bit.
