All four of the CD's were bought as gifts for someone else, and mailed to her some 500 miles away. She loves them for the most part, particularly the Perry Como one. She doesn't know the songs to the Josh Groban one but likes it anyway. She loves the Anne Murrey one, and is still making up her mind about the Sarah Brightman CD.

I thought I would find a new entertainer but all I heard was a bad immitation of Rod stewart's great American Song Book. I sure won't waste my money on this road company singer again.

If you put together 21 songs from Frank Sinatra's years at Capitol, it's hard to go wrong, whether you plan it, or put some CD's in a multi-disc player and hit "random". And when you start with "...Skin", you're headed in the right direction. The "housekeeping" refers to the final track, which was not a single, nor on the original concept LPs. It slipped through the cracks to go on The Sinatra Years set, but here it is. It doesn't get 5 stars from me for a few reasons. First, why are there no Gordon Jenkins arrangements? I don't have a particular track in mind, but his work is certainly as important as Riddle and May. Second, the different take of 'Nice and Easy' doesn't really add anything. The first time I saw Kristin Chenoweth in a movie was the TV "Music Man". Just lately I listened to the "Wicked" soundtrack, and after that, I've been listening to Kristin's CDs whenever I can. This one is a jazzy, Broadway-type CD with fun, engaging songs. She's a different type of singer, and while not everyone might enjoy her voice, I really do. If you like Broadway, jazz, drama, romance, or just fun, catchy songs, this is a CD for you.

Love it!!! Especially his earlier songs (50's & 60's). I had forgotten what a good song writer he is.
