It seems like every kid begs for the HSM CD some point in their life. I wouldn't waste your hard earned money on it. It is nothing but a group of Disney stars singing about what America has stereotyped highschool to be like. Zac Efron doesn't even sing all of the songs, a huge disappointment to any music lover. So, for those parents who's children are begging them, wait a few monthes, get you kid some real music and it will all blow over.

I am going to go against the grain here and say that the second disc is better. I love the dance hits, and they are great in the show, but the second disc is the one that brings back memories of specific scenes from that season. I would have given it five stars, but there should have been more tracks.

I do not own it, but just from watching the entire series multiple times, I know that the soundtrack is so moving. Michael Giacchino really knows how to convey emotion in the music he has scored for the series. I plan on purchasing both this and the second CD soon, but will have to settle with the online version for now.

I do not own it, but just from watching the entire series multiple times, I know that the soundtrack is so moving. Michael Giacchino really knows how to convey emotion in the music he has scored for the series. I plan on purchasing both this and the second CD soon, but will have to settle with the online version for now.

I have not taken either McLeod's daughters CD's out of my car CD player since I got them.

They will really have you thinking about when each of the songs were played during the series.

If you love the show McLeod's Daughters and the music on it buy this CD and Volume 1 while you are at it!

Growing up during the '80's I saw almost all of these shows listed on this CD. I specifically bought this CD for one theme in particular, "Hardcastle & Mccormick", which I could not find anywhere else short of buying the series DVD set. How disappointing it was to find that most of the themes on this CD were not complete but instead snippets that last 1 minute (give or take 5-15 seconds or so). And the sound quality on some of these sounds like someone put a cassette recorder up to a TV to capture the song. Not what I wanted when paying $30 bucks.

This CD would be a good buy at $10 bucks or less. Any more and you are getting robbed. Now I must decide to keep this CD or try and sell or trade it to recoup my loss. I was going to ... Read More:
