I used the CD in conjunction with relaxation techniques immediately prior to major surgery. I can recommend the CD in conjunction with relaxation/meditation. I have a couple of other CD's by Geogia kelly which I use too with a personal CD player.

I own several other hypnosis CDs but none of them totally, completely relaxed me to the depth of total hypnosis. I'm so glad I finally found this one. It works! It goes beyond imagery and meditation and will take you into total hyponosis - the kind of therapeutic hypnosis that you get in a therapist's office. The narrator's voice is soothing and there is no corny music or annoying background sounds. I highly recommend this!

This collection contains Comfort Zone, Dawn, and Higher Ground. Comfort Zone and Dawn are OK, but don't come close to Halpern's Spectrum Suite and the recently released Serenity Suite. Higher Ground is excellent. I would buy individual CD's rather than the collection.

Celestial Mozart

I think its on tracks 4 and 5 that it sounds like the same song being played over. Don't get me wrong I love the beautiful music, and the sounds are out of this universe, but whenever i listen to this c.d. and I hear the start of track 5, its like deja vu. I might of not even noticed if it was spread out, but its right after another. Other than that little nit pick, this music is a gorgeous twist on already beautiful music. If you love mozart its a must have.

I can't espress how much I love this CD! The Feng Shui tips are so easy to understand and impliment and the music is great. I highly reccomend it to anyone who has even thought about getting into Feng Shui.

I was surprised by this cd. It really seems to have an uplifting effect on the listener. The performances are energizing and beautiful. I highly recommend this gem. Perhaps, if more people listened to this type of this music the world would be a less chaotic and entangled ball of yarn.

Steven Halpren and The SOund Machine have put together and awesome album. It's fun to listen to and has a great beat. Slightly jazzy but not irritating to the ears as some are.

I love his stuff but this is fast becoming my favorite!

This is my third meditation CD and it has quickly become my favorite. The guided narration is pleasant, descriptive and easy to focus on in order to achieve the desired visual. In addition, the audio is well engineered and the voice does not compete with the pleasant background music. Recommended!

This has alot of good information! It focuses on Ayurveda, and the principles of the ancient lifestyle. It seems very holistic...but perhaps not super realistic for those of us that work long hours away from home. I like the vibe of the whole thing, slowing down, becoming more aware, working from an angle of balance and prevention-rather than addressing the illness
