I fell in love with this the first time I heard it...It has a sound that just makes me feel good and that's new for me. My hubby kinda made fun of me but when I put my headset on him so he could see what I'm talking about, he actually kept it on & I had to finally take it back! LOL
I don't have comfy headphones, so I can't listen while going to sleep (but I wish I could)....so I don't know how it would be then, but I'm curious. Maybe I'll find small headphones that actually stay in/on my ears for sleep someday..

I completely recommend this for some nice relaxing music.

The music is relaxing and I can feel the creative juices flow during and after listening. Makes me more focused and productive at work while listening on pc while working. Well worth the money in my opinion!

I particularly love the Alpha and Theta CDs... really great ambient music/sounds and they totally work for me. The first track on the Delta CD is relaxing (light delta waves), but the second track has some really low tones that I find kinda creepy, actually, so I didn't have much luck using this in falling asleep. However, Jeffrey Thompson has so many CDs available, that you can pretty much choose music and sounds that work best for you. I like his "Natural Music for Sleep" delta CD (doesn't have those low tones).

I wanted to mention that the Alpha-Theta CD in this set is different from the other CDs in that it's pretty much just nature sounds with no music (mostly crickets, birds, rain, etc.) I prefer the ambient stuff personally. ... Read More:

This is a bit embarrassing to admit, but I originally got a burned copy of this CD from my therapist. He didn't tell me the title, what it was, or that it was subliminal. I put it on and it immediately calmed me down. I started listening to it every day because it made me so calm and helped me to sleep at night (even though that wasn't what it is designed to do). It worked so well I researched it, hoping to find more products like it, and was shocked to find out that it was subliminal. I'm normally not very good with subliminal recordings because I can hear the voices, but this one is different. The voices and messages are woven so beautifully through the music that you don't notice them. The music itself is also very beautiful and calming.

I put it on and it immediately calmed me down. I started listening to it every day because it made me so calm and helped me to sleep at night (even though that wasn't what it is designed to do). It worked so well I researched it, hoping to find more products like it, and was shocked to find out that it was subliminal. So 4 stars for "chapter 1", but -3 stars because this is an overpriced teaser for the full $300 set and no disclaimer that's all this is. You do get a discount for converting, but that's more than I care to spend especially after being had.
