I'm not sure why some of the reviewers write that this CD is not like the original. I still have my album (white jacket, poster and everything) and a turntable on which to play it...this CD sounds EXACTLY like the original...minus the few wear and tear sounds of my 30 something year old album.

I was excited to finally find a CD version so I could add it to my MP3 player.

I always found this was one of those recordings (talking about the entire set of tracks) that you should listen to alone and in a quiet place. Since it's primarily a recitation of poems and such; having others around talking really becomes annoying.

This has alot of good information! It focuses on Ayurveda, and the principles of the ancient lifestyle. It seems very holistic...but perhaps not super realistic for those of us that work long hours away from home. I like the vibe of the whole thing, slowing down, becoming more aware, working from an angle of balance and prevention-rather than addressing the illness

I have this as a CD. It is titled "where the Earth touches the Stars" This is wonderful music. Especially when listing to it and driving thru Sedona. If you like Native American music this is a must have for your collection.

Guided Massage for Everyone

I bought this CD as a birthday present for my boyfriend, but the real gift was the massage I gave him while listening to it. By following the photos and the instructions on the tape, I can now give a pretty damn good massage. And, better yet, so can he! We are both so grateful to Susan Lembo for using her expertise to create this wonderful way for us to spend time together.

Highly recommended to anyone who wants to learn how to give the healing touch to a loved one.

I tried many CDs as I weaned myself off of sleep aids during a very difficult year. A lot of them had lovely music, some had delta and theta wave-stimulating tones underneath... but almost all of them had annoying variances in tone/volume. Music would crescendo and pull me back out of the dream-state I had just finally entered. This was the only CD I could sleep through the night with. I kept it on "Repeat" and listened to it every night for several months until my sleep patterns were restored. Later, I used it with my colicky baby, and have since given several copies to friends to try. It may not work for everyone, but it definitely worked for me.
