I got this CD 8 years ago, and it's still an album that I listen to frequently. Although their later CDs were ok, none of them can compare to this one. It's raw, aggressive, and in your face...which is what metal should be about.

This concert exceeded my expectations in every way. While expecting renditions of songs I've loved to be flat and without emotion, this concert was as exciting as those Elton shows from 20 and 30 years ago! The band was in sync all the way and Elton still puts on a show that engages his audience. The picture is pristine and well photographed. Camera coverage was just enough without that bothersome MTV look, thank goodness! A great addition to your blu-ray collection and a great treat for Elton fans!

I don't even know where to begin. This is definitely the best CD I have heard in a long time. I got this album after hearing the song "Over My Head" on the radio, and instantly fell in love. Every single song on this album is unique and it really highlights how talented these four young men are. I recommend this album to anyone who likes good music! It is worth the money! I can't wait for their upcoming album, which will be out pretty soon!!

I wanted to like this album, I really did. But my husband agrees with me, this is rubbish. We own every GBS CD and DVD, and this CD does not improve with increased play. There are two, maybe three tracks that stand out, and no surprise they are the more "traditional" ones. I can indulge "Rocker Alan" for a couple of songs, but not the whole album, and I hate when Sean sings high-pitched ballads. Bob is excellent, as always. Even some of the harmonies sound weak (miss you Darryl!). This album seems very disjointed, like they took all the songs that were scrapped from prior albums and threw them together in this collection. For more contemporary GBS I'd recommend "Sea of No Cares" or "Something Beautiful" before this one. Hopefully they wise up and bring in Chris ... Read More:

This is and carries a different and more intense understanding of a young life seen through his eyes suffering from schizophrennia. Maybe its my age and life experience but sounds great with a life lesson.

always a treat when elvis gets the rock quartet thing going again...not the best...and i miss the attractions (bruce thomas) but it's better than 90% of the rock music out there.

Audio quality wasn't up to par with modern CDs. I bought this for a couple of songs but I'm not a big Seger fan overall. I think these songs are best remembered and not purchased. If you must, buy a single from iTunes or something similar and save $10.

Alright, so you've probably heard a lot about this album and this band but I think this album and the band deserve so much credit. If you haven't really listened to anything off this album yet, I'm going to convince you to. Read on.
This amazing album has two disks: Jupiter and Mars; both fantastic. Its sound is way different than previous RHCP albums but still keeps they're original style and flair. With crazy bass lines from bassist Flea and funky guitar rifts from guitarist John Frusciante, this album is packed with creativity and has something for everyone. Drums are always great too when you got Chad Smith on them; one of the few guys in rock music these days that keeps a smile on his face.

Reznor always did best when it came to instrumentals. I loved the Still album, but it was so short I wished there'd been more. I heard about Ghost IV and saw it in BestBuy for $10 so I decided to get it. This is exactly what I wanted. Some of the pieces are more synth and beat based, others being more focused on somber piano and strings. None of the tracks have names, just numbers. My favorites are Disc 3: Track 4, Disc 5: Track 1, and Disc 5: Track 7. They evoke a strange wave of emotion that's hard to describe, if you remember "Adrift and At Peace" and "Leaving Hope" from the Still album, its kinda like that. This probably isn't the best album for Metal/Industrial fans, but if you like classical, ambient or game music this would be right up your alley.
