The image quality is spectacular, and Elton managed to play all the good song he's ever made. Very nice and long show on a single BD disc. I recomend.

What's up with fans crying "sellout" over this album? If you're a longtime fan and have all these songs already relax - this disc wasn't meant for you. As if you don't have any 'best ofs' of other artists in your collection. Any artist with a catalog as extensive as Neil's should have a few compilations for newbies and casual listeners. At least there isn't a new track on this disc that isn't available elsewhere. Now THAT'S a cheap sellout gimmick.

That said, this compilation could have picked up where "Decade" left off.

'Remember that Night' might be billed as David Gilmour, but it comes off better than the Pulse DVD which is actually Pink Floyd - in name anyway if not in total execution (Roger Waters absence will always make it seem less than authentic and legitimate). Gilmour and fellow Floyd Richard Wright do very spirited versions of the old classics, and there's "Fat Old Sun" which Pink Floyd hasn't done since Atom Heart Mother days, a very welcome deep cut and great version. Being that it's Gilmour and not Floyd, there isn't nearly the spectacle and stage-show that Pink Floyd is associated with - so hearing the old Floyd numbers in what is a solo Gilmour context with Wright, and other Floyd-related musicians is a treat. Audio quality wasn't up to par with modern CDs. I bought this for a couple of songs but I'm not a big Seger fan overall. I think these songs are best remembered and not purchased. If you must, buy a single from iTunes or something similar and save $10.

One Cell In the Sea is probably my favorite album released in the last two years. For a guy who buys hundreds of CDs a year and listens to every genre under the sun, that's saying something. Every track on the album is incredible. This is probably the best debut album since Third Eye Blind's debut masterpiece.

Even though I loved the album from the start, some of the songs didn't hit me at first. I was not a big fan of "You Picked Me," because starting your song off with "One, Two, Three" just isn't the way to win me over. Still, this song has grown on me too. I can forgive the counting off.

This certainly must be as worthwhile a DMB album as any other they have come out with. It is one that, in retrospect especially, you get the feeling the creative effortlessness which guided all twelve of these unique afro-pop-rock-jazz fusion treats and framed all of them in such a warmth has all but completely run dry. Whether you are a fan of the band's signature sound or not is besides the point that Crash can rate as one of the more solid major label rock records of the 90's-easy. What did not become a massive hit on radio is an even greater treat to hear. The only possible problems I see are the sometimes overindulgences Matthews uses vocally, and the fact that Crash Into Me/Let You Down, and Too Much/Tripping Billies feel similar. Similarly ... I was most taken by Delta's beautiful, clear tones as she sang. I Can't Break It To My Heart is a good track and One Day has some fun funk to it as well. This is a 'light' album which my husband likes to listen to at work ~ he tell me sevral co-workers hav borrowed it. Yes, it is Pop music, but this girl can actually sing. We look forward to hearing her in the future with some better song writing.
