I have enjoyed the book so far and have found many things I wasn't doing. With that being said, I felt that the chapters were very scattered. It seems like they had a good thought, but it isn't clearly written.

I have read many of John's books and this one doesn't have his usual flow. It seems that his co-author did the majority of the writing and John just added a blurb in at the end of the chapter.

I enjoyed John Maxwell's leadership books better.

Lewis, may he rest in peace, was the only person from Moreland, Georgia to have books show up on the New York Times Bestseller list. As he said - he was also the only person from Moreland, Georgia who ever HEARD of the New York Times Bestseller list.

He was unashamedly Southern and just as proudly a graduate of the University of Georgia - and he wasn't afraid to bash things non-Southern or even just non-UGA. Today much of his material sounds homophobic, misogynistic, and hateful of Yankees, Doctors and other things outside his sphere. I listened to this album before I saw Blue Collar Comedy Tour The Movie, but the thing is, this album is what inspired me to see that! I thought Mr.Foxworthy was pretty good in this, like he is in "THE MUSIC ALBUM" and "GREATEST BITS", so that's why I wanted to see that movie. Some parts are silly AND funny simultaniously and I highly recommend this if you've never heard him before. This was the first cd that introduced me to him. Did I mention in any other material of his, that I've got his autograph? I think I did.

I'm a huge fan of blue comedy (read: dirty), but Mike Birbiglia is currently my favorite comic, and he's pretty much anti-blue. He's hilarious, and pretty clean, for the most part. He doesn't so much tell jokes, as relate true stories in a hilarious fashion. I bought both his CDs for my 15-year old nephew as gifts, and would recommend them to ALL comedy fans 13 and up. Definitely something the whole family can enjoy, as long as the family has senses of humor.

Just Like Gil Scott-Heron's "The Revolution Will Not Be Televised" Album, these two albums captured the new emotions of the Black community during a time of change. It capture the change in this country for White Women, White folks in the way they think, the Black communities, now known today as African-American communities, across America, and it captures young individuals trying to make a differences within their own community.
