I have long been a fan of Michael Cretu's breakaway music format and it is always a breath of fresh of air. It's always good to listen to Enigma when hit with the intensity of today's music scene.
The playlist is pretty much on par on what I would have expected from a compilation.
BUT! Where is "The Child In Us" (from their juggernaut 3:LE ROI EST MORT, VIVE LE ROI! album)? It is by far Enigma's most inspirational song. This album missed the boat 18 times to put this masterpiece of recording on the album. To me, "The Child In Us" in a nutshell represents what the Enigma project aimed to do. It may sound like I'm finding some way to nitpick, but that song *has* to be on the album for it to be "Greatest Hits".

Bought it last week. I must say I am very impressed with this DVD. I am one who has great difficulty in taking time for myself and relaxing. I have a lot of stress which has caused much heartache. My counselor has suggested I try meditation so I got this DVD. That night I used it and was very impressed with the instuctors smooth clear voice. It is a very guided meditation that concentrates on body and breathing. When ever my mind started to wander, it helped a great deal in helping me to concentrate on me and breath. Not only do I find Roberta's CD unbelievably relaxing but I was surprised to find it put my dogs straight to bed as well. I recommend this cd to anyone who just wants a peaceful rest day or night.
I also have to say if you have a dog at home who gets upset in thunderstorms or has seperation anxiety I totally recommend putting on this cd to help calm your furry friend or new puppy.

The only disappointment I had was that the CD contains a different version of "The Mummer's Dance" than is heard on the radio. I much prefer that version but otherwise her music is beautiful! Her lovely voice and the lush instrumentation make for a very enjoyable listening experience.

10 year old daughter loves this cd, my 5 year old son yells no I don't want it. Speaker tells stories with key words such as "calm" "happy" "beautiful" "smart" she speaks slowly and calmly - I personally find it relaxing and I could fall asleep to it.
