Botti's music is always relaxing and comfortable. I'm inclined to put a bunch of his CDs in back to back on a rainy or snowy day at home and I don't care what month it is! This CD is in keeping with the others - smooth, sultry, polished.

This DVD offers the beginner a way to understand the principles that are essential to Tai Chi practice whithout being overwhelmed. Simple practice sessions with this DVD allow the practitioner to make measurable progress in their own Tai Chi. The demonstrations with the mirrors make this by far the easiest DVD to follow that I have tried. The simple instructions in posture and breathing are enough to make this eries worth it. Consider the companion book as weill since it has some extra warm up exercises that are fun and challenging.

It's good, but it will not help you pass your exam on it's own. You will need to study and remember that you'll get out of the subject what you put into it. That said, he does answer some questions for those struggling with the fundamentals.

A top notch DVD. Andy Bloch is great at explaining and teaching in this video. The DVD takes you through Basic Strategy, card counting, betting and MIT style team play to make some real money. The whole production is nicely put together and presented. This DVD is ideal for begginers to the game BlackJack. Beating BlackJack is a fine addition to anyone's gambling library.

wow, this was a killer album, classical spacious music, with serious groove, yes groove. that bass is bone rattling, and the icey cold piano ,cuts like a knife, mix in a bass clarinet with that creepy sound ,you have a winner. i mean they are really cookin. plenty of ear pearcing alto too ,like john surman style. the music is meditative and stirring. so i guess jazz isnt dead .this album fools me into thinking its electric ,but it isnt. only the bass is .i get an est vibe here, but more upbeat, but yet plenty of meloncholy. i just love it.gorgeous.

Something For All of Us... (2008, Arts & Crafts) Brendan Canning's first studio album. ***
When Canning and Drew started Broken Social Scene in 1999, it seemed like a great idea; some of the greatest musicians from Canada getting together and forming a huge supergroup. And it wasn't until 2001 that their first album, Feel Good Lost, appeared. It was frustrating, a collection of nearly all instrumentals from a group that was certainly more capable than that. Eventually the band let loose, and on their second two releases ran wild, especially on the self-titled third album.
Now, Brendan Canning is a talented musician, and his debut is a bit of a head-scratcher. It's all very easy to listen to, and there are moments where a few concurrent ... Read More:

Being in my mid-twenties, I'll admit that my generation is more familiar with "Three Amigos" era Steve Martin, more so than "Wild & Crazy Guy" era Steve Martin. However, having seen him do SNL in the 70's (thanks to the DVDs) I was very interested and curious to hear this album.
The first thing I noticed was that the audio quality is quite poor. It's often VERY hard to hear what he's saying on stage. I usually listen to comedy albums when taking long road trips, and I had to max out the volume in my car to be able to hear at times. Secondly, some of his visual stick doesn't translate well to audio. However, since I managed to get this on a wicked awesome sale from Amazon, I got my money's worth of laughs and entertainment.
