Considering the wonderfully fresh and innovative interpretations of traditional Christmas music that the Techno-Classical New Age ensemble Mannheim Steamroller has put out in the past couple of decades, one would think that the band's interpretation of macabre Halloween ditties would be diabolically delicious, a fresh on which lovers of Halloween could happily feast. Sadly, even with a second helping of Halloween tunes from this celebrated band, the children of the night still hunger.

CD is very calming and helpful with effective relaxation exercises. Soft, soothing male voice takes you through a visualization of different muscle groups with tightening then letting go of them. My husband always fall asleep before one session is over. This has been very helpful in treating his Chronic Pelvis Pain Syndrome.

I highly reccomend any of Dr. Jeffrey's CD's to anyone over-high priced competitors. My one suggestion for anyone buying this CD is if you are going to use it FOR MEDITATION PLAY TRACK 2 FIRST!!! I say this due to a slightly mischievious piper solo about 10 minutes into the first track. This could be distracting at for unwinding. However, I recomend using this CD at night to increase chances of lucid dreaming. Always play track 2 first.

This CD for me didn't quite make the cut for chakra healing in comparison to other sound therapy and chakra balancing CDs that I own.

Halpern is a well-respected artist in the field with many years of experience and I don't discredit that he has a feel for what he is doing, however, I am disappointed with the musical composition of Chakra Suite.

The music on this CD is similar to beginner and intermediate finger warm-up exercises for keyboarding, basically consisting of climbing up the musical scale and back down again.

The music is relaxing to a degree for me, but also becomes annoying with the climbing up and down on the keyboard. As many times as I have tried to get through a meditation with this CD, I have ... Read More:

This product is all it claims to be. You can feel it resonate in your physical body and aura. If you concentrate hard enough you can feel it actually aligning your chakras. The tones and timing are perfect. It's great for meditation and healing of body, mind, and soul. It makes a great CD for inducing great sleep and dreams and normalizing the energy levels of the body. Dr. Goldman is showing his true masterful skills of the full spectrum of sound with this album.

I listened to this cd every other night for 2 weeks; the other nights I listened to Kelly Howell's Secret to Attracting Wealth. Everything was fine for those 2 weeks. The Cd's were very relaxing and even helped put me to sleep. On the following Mionday morning, things went to hell. For over 2 weeks now, I have had an ever-present dull headache with frequent intermittent crushing pains, mostly in the back of my head. Plus I have often felt at times that I am out-of-body and have even had to leave work. I know this is from these cd's; there is nothing else it could be.
