Roberta, I really love it. Even when my three dogs are fighting on my bed, I put on your c d and they are asleep with in three minutes and I follow right behind them. Your voice is so relaxing and your music is always beautiful. I have given away ten of these already to my closest friends and they all feel the way I do. I hope someday to stay awake until the end so I can hear the whole thing, but every night I drift right off to beautiful dreams. Thank you for some of the best nights of sleep I have ever had.

Bought it last week. I must say I am very impressed with this DVD. I am one who has great difficulty in taking time for myself and relaxing. I have a lot of stress which has caused much heartache. My counselor has suggested I try meditation so I got this DVD. That night I used it and was very impressed with the instuctors smooth clear voice. It is a very guided meditation that concentrates on body and breathing. When ever my mind started to wander, it helped a great deal in helping me to concentrate on me and breath. I was able be concious but be in a deep relaxed state. It helped me to release thoughts and stressers in a concious manner yet I was able to remain in deep relaxed state. I purchased both the original meditation cd and this one and have been alternating listening to them every other night. They are both very soothing and I almost always fall asleep before they end. I feel that I am sleeping better - fewer middle of the night wakings - and my dreams have become quite vivid.
