I love this CD! It's easy to understand, and Linda Arnold doesn't speed up too much for pre-schoolers. My son is not overly enthusiastic about music, though he will sing or clap along on occasion. This CD has had the most success of any CD's I've shared with him - he'll even sing the title verse of "There's a Dinosaur Knockin' On My Door." But most of all, I like it: the melodies are irresistable, the lyrics are easy, clearly pronounced, creative and fun. This is great children's music, and I like singing along with it, too.

This is a lullaby CD that even grown ups will love. I listened to it in the car while commuting during my last months of pregnancy and then played it in the hospital right after my daughter was born. She loves this CD and so do I. When I have it playing in our house, visitors always comment on how beautiful it is. You can't go wrong with this one.

When we put on Lullaby Berceuse, my 6-month-old daughter already quiets down and listens with recognition to the lovely melodies. She seems to know that it means that bedtime is approaching. We listen and sing along. I've already heard this CD nearly 1000 times, and yet I still enjoy the beautifully arranged music and can picture a warm prairie night with breezes coming through the screen door. Kudos to Ms Kaldor for creating music that both parents and babies enjoy.

This is the best CD of lullabies of this genre that I've found. The songs are beautiful, soothing, and reflective without being sappy. The guitar accompaniment to the male and female vocalists (one male and one female alternate singing the songs, i.e. female voice on #1, #2, #3, male voice on #4, #5, etc.) creates a warm, relaxed setting.

I play this every night for my girls while they fall asleep (my Mother kept the "girl version" to play when the grandkids visit, and gave us the "boy version"; but the kids don't notice the one song this affects, and I like the "boy version" words anyway!) I intend to give one to a friend with a new baby - it is VERY good!
