Every time I have listened to this CD I have fallen asleep. Which is exactly what I was hoping for when I purchased it.
I was looking for something relaxing to put on at night that would help me relax and this is perfect.
Can't recommend enough.

I purchased this nearly two years ago for my daughter when she was almost 3. This has been part of our bedtime routine for two years, and neither she nor I tire of it. The songs are so beautifully sung, and have many nights moved me to tears while I watch my sleepy one. My husband has even commented on how the music has been relaxing to him. We LOVE this CD and I imagine I will still listen to it nostagically when my daughter is off to college one day. A great purchase or gift for new parents.

My daughter likes to go to sleep listening to music and is very specific about what she wants to hear. She is 8 years old and has been listening to this CD for several years and never tires of it. We also have Sun Upon the Lake is Low and that is another favorite of hers. This isn't just "kid's music" though. I enjoy it just as much as she does. It is lovely and puts you in a great space.

When we put on Lullaby Berceuse, my 6-month-old daughter already quiets down and listens with recognition to the lovely melodies. She seems to know that it means that bedtime is approaching. We listen and sing along. I've already heard this CD nearly 1000 times, and yet I still enjoy the beautifully arranged music and can picture a warm prairie night with breezes coming through the screen door. Kudos to Ms Kaldor for creating music that both parents and babies enjoy.

I have 3 children-all 3 have gone to sleep (and naps) listening to this wonderful CD collection. After 6 years,it has literally WORN OUT! My 6 year old and 2 year old girls cannot fall asleep without it. So, I am back online in search of a replacement. I am also pregnant-again! And am going to purchase a 2nd CD!~
It is worth EVERY PENNY!!
