this remains one of the best live albums I own. It's funny because I am listening to it now, in 2008, after not having listened to it for years, and I am struck by the freshness and just sheer brilliance of it. It's a shame that U2 started going down the drain as of The Joshua Tree... It wouldn't have taken that much to keep these levels up without becoming yet another globalised band. This still sends shivers down my spine. Every song. More than 20 years after I first listened to it. Amazing.

For new and old fans alike, there is no better example of Rory's fire and intensity than this gem. One of the most underrated guitarists ever, Rory shows why he better than Clapton (dare I say?). Besides, his live shows were almost a religious experience-I saw him three times in Europe and this disc captures his sound perfectly.

What else can I say,This is a great live Guess Who album made even better by six bonus tracks nearly doubling it in length!!! The original album only had 7 tracks but this great reissue expands the total to 13 cuts for a more complete Guess Who live experience,add to that the awesome remastering and cool liner notes and you have one great package,and besides that it's cheap too(I mean the price tag,not the content,I picked this up brand new for less than five bucks!)This is one time that bonus cuts actually make the album better(The Elton John "Here and There" 2 disc set is another great example!),theres no filler here,just great Guess Who in concert!!! The Guess Who "Live At The Paramount" rocks!!! Two thumbs up! Way up! A+

This is not "Bless Its Pointed Little Head," but I am so happy I purchased it. The recording is a mixed blessing - some songs are first rate an inspired and Jorma and Jack soar - inspired by their Hot Tuna collaboration. Very interesting to hear "Uncle Sam Blues (Live)" having owned it for years on the Hot Tuna live recording. The Other Side Of This Life (Live) is the best performance on the record and "Volunteers" and "Good Shepherd" are also solid. You Wear Your Dresses Too Short (Live) has vapid lyrics (what was Marty thinking), but there is a moment of frenzied perfection in it, so I will not delete it from my iPod. Four and a quarter stars. School of Rock album, honestly.

Retail Nightmare really is a nightmare. They never mailed my CD i ordered - and when I asked them - they said OH sorry we mailed 3 others that day and no problems with them. They said they would mail it out again which is wierd, it seems like they would be wondering where the copy they initially mailed was.

I month later - credit card charged - no CD.

Being a Maná fan for over a decade, this CD has a different feeling, it was great to hear songs like "Oye Mi Amor", "En el Muelle de San Blas" being play different, as well as the cover songs. This CD is for everyone who like great music, fan or not a fan, you'll enjoy it a lot.

Of course, because it is a slipknot album and they rock, the album definately has potential... however Corey's INCREDIBLY bad vocals on the album destroy any chance of this being "the greatest live album ever" Do yourself a favor, buy the Disaterpieces DVD.... and you'll see Corey in all his glory, without his voice all messed up.....you want greatest live album ever it's Disaterpieces, not this waste of 20 bucks. His voice is beyond TERRIBLE in the album..... almost to the point where you wonder if they even listened to this before they released it. No lie, it seriously sounds like someone else singing Slipknot songs.....dont waste your time with this, get Disasterpieces....
