The BEST music to listen to any time, especially on a rainy day. Her voice and piano completely calms me, and if things seem a bit gloomy, she brings me to the bright side of things. This album has songs with lively jazz, and other songs that are slow and soothing, the base just playing the night away.

The perfect collection of melodies, wiht the perfect deep voice of Diana Krall; this is a must have.

I had always heard Chris Botti on the Smooth Jazz station here in Fort Worth, but it wasn't until I watched his special "Chris Botti and Friends" on PBS that I was totally hooked. I went to Amazon to purchase the DVD and started listening to samples of his other albums. "When I Fall in Love" was and still is the best one yet. I went ahead and ordered it. And to make the entire experience even better, it took less than 3 days for my order to arrive in better than "like new" condition. The CD is great. The ordering process is great. The entire experience was fabulous. This was not my first time using Amazon.com and after this, it surely will not be my last. I have fond memories of this album from my childhood. I remember my mother trying to hide the album cover because it was so racy for the times(at least in So. LA). But the folks did play it often. The music is still great. It sound as wonderful today as it did forty years ago. It stands the test of time.

Yes Pat is the best guitar player in the world,he is a great master,composer,arranger a GREAT Musician.I saw him live at the Puerto Rico Heineken Jazz fest this june'08 with the band,McBride on bass,and Sanchez on drums,the whole crowd were out of words after his performance.The best record No Doubt.

With the title I was expecting something a little funkier from Joe than what was delivered here. Like other reviewers I completely agree the stretch to re-create "Crowd Chant" once again, was clearly off the mark.
By itself and Live, "Crowd Chant" is enormously entertaining, brilliant and fun but trying to duplicate it to get the audience involved in every aspect of the show (what I think Joe was reaching for) isn't going to win over any new fans or critics.
Some of the tracks are good, melodic and even at times somewhat entertaining but this is not what I've come to expect from Joe Satriani.
I want to hear and feel that series of notes that grabs you by the throat and tells you simply "this rocks".
Maybe Joe is mellowing with age and his progression in music ... Read More:
