This CD is very tranquil and perfect for meditation or massage.
Tibetan bells are used in long, slow, gentle tones. It is as random as wind chimes in a gentle breeze.I even play it to fall asleep with.

I've been listening wholeheartedly to Krishna Das for years and was up for something a little different, yet equally transformative in terms of its ability to escort one to wonderful and sometimes deeply spiritual places. This CD, I guess by being both haunting (in places) and exotic, regularly transports me: to the moon, and back, and to a few richly textured places in between. FOr instance, I love to paint to this music. Listen ... and then listen again. You'll go inside and love the journey it awakens within. Pretty soulful stuff...all with great rhythms and sounds.

I was having one of those problems that caused me to wake up at 4:00 in the morning in total misery. I couldn't solve the problem and I couldn't go back to sleep...in desperation I put this CD on and actually found myself starting to feel a little happy as the music progressed, and ended up going to sleep and feeling peaceful. There's something about this CD that's very special.

This CD is absolutely a must for any one who is under a lot of stress. Within 4-5 minutes of listening to this CD I felt like a different person. My stomach relaxed, my shoulders relaxed and it eased my headache. I was at work when I first started listening to this - but had to turn it off after about 10 minutes. I became too relaxed and could not focus on the tasks at hand. I listen to this during meditation and especially at night and fall asleep in no time, totaly relaxed and stress free.

I've had this CD for several years and go through periods of time when I use it often. I've always noticed an increase when I've been consistent. I believe that this CD helps to change your mind frequency for the better so that prosperity and abundence energy are in your thoughts.

This is an amazing album. Didn't take long to become an absolute favorite and is always nearby. It is so beautifully rhythmic and Lakshmi's voice is amazing. I'd love to see her in person. The title track "Ocean of Mercy" is truly inspiring. The other album that I've heard of hers "Jewel of Hari" is also a force in itself. I can't say enough...

Great for yoga and/or meditation. The only thing I'd change is the talking on the last track--I find it's distracting. Otherwise, I'd rate it five stars. My classes love it.
