I am actually one of those people who enjoy Linkin Park's music. I feel that their combination of nu-metal and rap works fairly well and has lead them to some great music. This, however, is a disgrace to anyone who enjoyed their music.
The CD consists of their Hybrid Theory CD remixed with a few other tracks. The remixes are mostly horrible and are very annoying. They basically just took Hybrid Theory and turned it into a badly made Rap album. The new tracks aren't good either and I'd honestly consider them some of the worst of the disk.
The few positives are that some of the songs like Crawling actually turned out very good. This CD lacks enough of these good songs to actually make this worth purchasing. Check out ... Read More:

I am deeply disappointed by the so-called Beatles Anthology since all three CDs contain just a couple of originally recorded songs which is not mentioned in the advertisement. I consider this a certain breach of trust at least as far as my personal relationship with Amazon is concerned. I will return the CDs.--Wolfgang Seibel, Zumsteinstr. 11, 78464 Konstanz, Germany

Yep, the full five stars here and I'll tell you why;
One reason is that this work feels optimistic, even when it's addressing pretty dour issues, it's an expansive work by a band that worked hard with their production team and developed their sound further than they'd had the opportunity to on their debut. They sold a squillion of these things at the time and the way the album works on a number of levels is part of the reason why. One level is the pure molten metal songs like Don't Damn Me and Dead Horse and Garden of Eden which show that when the faux nastiness is left behind and a genuine feeling of unclean sneer is available then you will connect with people. It shows how metal can make you think and can at times open up some unpleasant ... Read More:

Fantastic journey through the blues soaked soul of the greatest rock band of the 60's through 90's. Amazing to see how their sound evolved through time- maintaining a tight signature sound that seems to always remain fresh. Truly a band- in that the sum of their parts far exceeds the contributions of each Rolling Stone! Simply Delicious...
For a band with such far reaching influence, catalog, and musical tastes- a two disc set can't possibly comprise their musical genius. For those wishing to put together a Rolling Stones Career Retrospective of their most enduring tracks- I humbly submit you add the following MP3 downloads to this fine two disk set:
As Tears Go By
Get Off of My Cloud
Harlem Shuffle

It's George Thoroughgood, and all of his best, most rockin songs, right here, one right after another. You can't be in a bad mood while listening to this, it will rip you right out of your old skin with the first riff of righteous, foundational rock n' roll slide guitar.

I thought that this was a great buy especially considering it gave me a better idea of where one of the greatest bands drew its inspiration. Everything from folk style songs (e.g. Whiskey in a Jar, Turn the Page, and Tuesday's Gone) to wupass heavy songs (e.g. So What, Am I Evil, Blitzkrieg) to the excellent cover of Queen's "Stone Cold Crazy" are all some of the great variety you can see here. Many complain that Metallica became sellouts for ditching their traditional thrash, but I think this goes to show that they wanted to become more accessible by crunching human stories into some of their later work instead of singing constantly about revenge, death, and chaos like countless other metal acts.
Though the first disk has the more recent ... Read More:

I had been looking for this DVD for years.
I am not a huge Nirvana fan, but this is a must have for any early 90's music fan.

The Scorpions are definitely one of the greatest and most successful rock bands to emerge out of Germany, and they prove it to you 18 times of on this collection "Bad For Good: The Very Best of Scorpions". Now as you may realize, this is not an absolutely perfect compilation. There is, after all, the three-disc "Box of Scorpions" that goes for around 35 bucks or so. But hey, if you're planning on spending that much money, it might as well be on the original albums, right? Anyway...
This compilation has everything, packing a big, German-styled melodic-metal punch that delivers the goods. From the powerhouse rockers of "Blackout", "No One Like You", "Rock You Like A Hurricane" and "Big City Nights", to the beautiful ballads of "Send Me An Angel", "Wind of Change" or "Still ... Listening to this great CD today, I can remember why it was one of my favorite albums in my senior year in HS. Queen really knew how to produce a cohesive album. This album is so eclectic in styles and yet somehow it all fits together so well I can't imagine the album without all of the songs and in the order they were placed. Now this CD offers alternative versions of two of the songs, well I wouldn't have done that, but in the wonderful digital age we can make the albums we own into any order of presentation we want, so that is a trifling issue.
At the time I remember the Brian May disclaimer on the bottom that no synthesizers were used to create this album. In 1975 I didn't get that, but by the early 80's I completely understood. Finally, in 2008 it seems that music ... Read More:
