What an amazing adition to the Bob Dylan catalogue. At first I just thought this was Columbia (and Jeff Rosen in particular)milking Dylan's name for every thing it's worth, like they did with last years greatest hits box set. But I happen to still be a big fan of The Bootleg Series, and give this one a try. And what a treasure it is, from beginning to end. From it beautiful soung quality to the senquencing. And just the liner notes alone would make this worth having.

I was introduced to Eva Cassidy's music about 5/6 years ago. As I have read in all the reviews, she has the most amazing voice ever. I tell that to people all the time. She is my alltime favorite and I listen to every kind of music. I so miss the part of never being able to see her live, in concert. What a JOY that would have been. I love all the songs on these two CDS, but my favorites are: Over the Rainbow, Fields of Gold, etc... I am probobly going to purchase the remaining CDs. I just purchased the book, "Songbird." I can't wait to read all about her life.
To family and friends of Eva Cassidy, my heart goes out to you. A beautiful woman and a beautiful voice. I hope the world gets to experience her. I get emotional every time ... Read More:

I missed the 60's and 70's raising children. I heard a voice in the background of a video thru the internet. I asked around and finally found that it was Leonard Cohen. I love his voice. He tells a story thru his songs and they are calming to me. I'm glad I found him. It's never too late. I now have 6 of his CD's.

They are Feisty, have a Zest for life and have blended different kinds of music into one big original sound. Their lyrics are not too shabby, not shabby at all. Have to say that I am very happy knowing this band and own two of their albums, this one and I forgot the name for the one they released after. Both very good purchases. They are original and that counts for a lot of my respect. When they get going is a brilliant display of talent. These guys are the real deal, worth every dollar. Highly entertaining and their message is one that screams: Enjoy Life, Enjoy Music and it will all work out for the better. 4 shinning stars for Gogol Bordello /Gypsy Punks Underdog World Strike! Hot Band!
