This has always been one of my favorite movies. I love the soundtrack to it. I tried to order it from other places, but they didn't have it. I found it on Amazon and I was able to order it hassle free. I recieved it within a few days of ordering it and my 13 year old son wants to watch it all the time. He now wants Eddie and the Cruisers part 2. I will be ordering it from Amazon also.

I can't stop listening to this. Probably the most beautiful music since Siamese Dream. Yes, it's all about death and living, and it is incredible. Thank you Nikki and company for giving us lines like "I don't want my mom to know I never loved my life," and "it's only one day, it's not your whole life, you havn't thrown everything away."

I had been relying on strong sleeping pills to get to sleep. I ordered Sleep Solutions + two other CD's on sleeping. Sleep Solutions was by far the best of all. I love it! I am now sleeping pill free - thanks to this great CD!

I am, but you don't have to be a Leonard Cohen fan to find "I Am Your Man" moving, soul touching, and inspirational. An ensemble of outstanding talents join together to pay tribute to Cohen's genius; in the process they create an album that ranks among the very best I've ever heard. The final track alone, with U2 backing Cohen, makes the album worth owning.

The movie used music to move the story but most songs were cut short. The CD is the soundtrack of 1963, the last year American pop music was really American music. One hit wonders, Detroit, surfers, tragedies, it's all here. Within a year it all changed. The Beatles and the Stones became "American" music. The serendipity of one hit wonders was replaced by mass marketing telling us what music we should buy. The "Sixties" began in 1964, 1963 was in many ways the last year of the "Fifties" Enjoy.

Being a fan of all things Damon Albarn, there was never a question of whether I would pick up this cd. What surprises me though is how readily accessible I have found it. Sonically, there is a lot going on here, but a lot of the sound of the album and much of the music will not feel all that foreign to one who has been a diehard Gorillaz fan for some time, as quite a bit of the music reminds me of something you might expect to have heard on G-Sides or D-Sides. (This also means that the "From the creators of Gorillaz" sticker tag is not an entirely misleading sell.)
