This is by far the worst Wiggles DVD. The songs are not interesting, not catchy and the entire DVD is by far the most boring Wiggles DVD in our collection. The songs also sound poorly recorded, the vocals are way in the background, arrangements are bad, not many wiggly dancers, this DVD completely is a waste of money. Pick up Top of the Tots (2004) and you'll see a big difference in the production/recording, and well thought out music. I hope they are not this bad in concert.

This is great CD filled with calming, tranquil music that has all the great Disney tunes. My older son is now 5 years old, and I've passed it on my 1 year old baby--it's soothing, and he calls it his "baby music"...we're definitely going to purchase Vol.2!!

I bought this DVD as my son is really into Monster trucks at the moment and was pleasantly surprised with the educational content of the DVD as well. First of all, it is very cute and my son loves to watch it, but it also deals with feelings and other educational concepts like telling the truth or being scared, etc. We absolutely love it; even my 18 month old daughter will sit down to watch it. Episodes contained on this disc (Vol.1) are as follows:

I first saw that movie when I was in elementary school and loved it ever since. I have seen this movie so many times now and I can watch it over and over again... The music is amazing (by the Sherman Brothers, who also wrote "Mary Poppins" and "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang"). The story is so detailed and realistic for those times and full of humor and subtle irony. Everytime I watch that movie I find another detail that makes me smile - it is definitely not only for children, but also for adults with a big heart. It was produced with a love to detail. Don't waste your money on this mess. Perhaps someday someone will make a version of 'A Little Princess' that's worthy of the name, but this isn't it. The only resemblance between this production and Frances Hodgson Burnett's 'A Little Princess', aside from the title, is the fact that it has characters named Sara, Ram Das, and Miss Minchin, and the only reason this gets any star at all is because Amazon will not let me give it no stars. All the artful camera work in the world cannot make this dreck into proper telling of 'A Little Princess'. It hasn't the magic.

I'm not sure where my toddlers first learned about Lazytown, but it's a nice swith from the normal pre-school cartoons they normally watch. I wasn't sure they'd really follow the story, but now they totally do push-ups like "Sportacus" and sing and dance like Stephanie. Lazytown has 3 real people on an animated sets with puppets. I honestly didn't think the DVDs would motivate kids to exercise like other people say they will, but apparently they really do and they're entertaining to watch!
