I can't think of a bad track on here. Including a video or two would have been nice, especially for "Come into my world."

I look forward to buying more of her work.

I've been a fan of ABBA since the 70's. I grew up with their music.
I rediscovered them in 2006 and enjoy their happy and simple music as much now, as I did over 30 years ago. More than a sentimental attachment, ABBA was truly a great and pioneering pop music group. They suffered the misfortune of existing during the early 70's to early 80's, when rock music was more prevalent.

I own another ABBA documentary DVD which goes from their beginnings to 1999. This one continues up to 2004, for the five year anniversary of the hit musical "Mama Mia". There's more coverage of live ABBA performances in this documentary. It's a worthy addition to the collection of any true ABBA fan. To me, ABBA is the greatest pop music group ever.

I like the vocals. Her voice fits the music and never goes off key or gets whiny. The lyrics are insigtful and reality based. They cover many topics such as one night stands, failing relationships and the inner most workings of somebodys emotions and their heartstrings being played. The melodys are catchy and the grooves lure me in for the final slaughter. The Bass guitar is played very well. The guitars and drums are good too. It is refreshing to hear a pop band that plays real instruments. I recomend this highly. It sounds great, it's easy to find and never gets old. -Dre

I have 3 of this CD! It is that good. I love it. Of all my BSb cds, if I had to pick just one, this would be it. I went to 2 concerts from this tour and love every song on this CD. Trust me. Every BSB fan, this one is a must own!

As far as this reviewer is concerned, Sweedens' Caesars do it better than any band in the land currently. That is when it comes to crafting some of the best pop-rock this side of 1967! Whatever you do, don't call them RETRO. Save that label for some band that is obviously trying too hard 'cause with The Caesars, this power pop is ALL NATURAL baby. The Caesars love what they do and we love them for it. Band composers Caesar Vidal and Jocke Ahlund know how important it is for certain elements of a song to grab the listener and pull them in helplessly with no escape. These elements were given a great amount of attention back in the day to create the hit 45: catchy riffs and hooks galore, layered harmonies, and a beat to which your body couldn't resist moving. ... Keep in mind this cd was released in 2000, so it has distinct "sounds" from that time period. Sounds very 90's in a way!
Nonetheless, her voice does do 'gymnastics' like the overly mean critics review above, (geez, amazon!) but not in a bad way. I feel she is singing perfectly for her voice range, not trying to sound like she tries to hit notes she shouldn't attempt, instead hitting them perfectly and with emotion. Broken Vow and The Dream Within are my favorites. (Josh Groban does a nice version on Broken Vow as well.)
Try going to the youtube website and looking up Broken Vow, and see just how powerful and gymnastic-ky her voice actually is.

This CD offers proof that a collection of music can be simultaneously catchy, intriguing, and absolutely awful! I found "Young Folks" to be engaging when I first heard it played somewhere in public, and bought the entire CD based upon that impression. The disc was listenable for a week or so until I finally concluded that it was awkward almost to the extent that I wiped all traces of it from my music collection. (It shares that distinction with only one other CD, Mark Mothersbaugh's "Insomnia," from the late 1980's)

If the primary lyricist(s) were to partner with a more capable musical ensemble, the results might be more worthwhile. Maybe. (And stop that damned whistling. It's not innovative. It's not refreshing. It blows!)
