This is the third copy we have purchased. The others wore out from use. The kids (5 year old twins) have watched it over and over, both before we went to WDW (I want to do that!) and after (I did that!). It's fun, with catchy tunes and live action depicting various sites at WDW - not the usual cartoons. They only wish it were longer.

My son LOVES this video, as do my husband and I. We really get sucked into it and I can understand why babies love it. It's really cute and well put together. I wouldn't pay full price for it but, finding it used worked out GREAT and was worth the $8.00? I paid for it. Definitely recommend it!
Release Date March 11, 2008
It spends way too much time on foreign languages and not enough time on baby's first sounds. If you are going to do foreign languages, make sure to have a seperate track option. Keep english to english track, spanish to spanish, chinese to chinese track. Do not put them all together!!!

I brought this for my daughters 2nd birthday as she loves the movie and trying for her not to watch so much t.v
She has her own c.d player in her room [no t.v]
We listen it it everyday we sing and dance in her room.
All the songs are included as they run in the movie including bonus track that we also listen to. which included tracks that never made it into the movie that we also love
I think music is so wonderful and why not a soundtrack I grow up with soundtracks of movies on records my daughters speech is amazing from learning the words to the songs

We first borrowed Meet the Orchestra for our grandson's visit when he was 18 mo. old and he was "glued" to it from beginning to end. We purchased it for his next visit two months later and he was again fasinated by it. It teaches each instrument by name and sound as they methodically work their way through the sections of the orchestra. Animated characters, children and adults are each shown with the instruments. Beyond just entertainment, it's very educational. We grandparents and parents give it a five star rating!

This Disney movie is interesting in that it is virtually plotless. It begins with a couple of cute cartoons about a penguin and then a flying donkey, but later turns into a Latin American travelogue, that evovles into a full-blast, semi-erotic, Mexican, acid trip. And the movie was made some twenty years before the psychodelic sixties! Actually, from what I understand, it was produced as part of of Franklin D. Roosevelt's "Good Neighbor Policy" initiative concerning Latin America.
I think that it's all highly imaginative and my three year old loves it, as did his older siblings and his cousin when they were his age. The kids are too young to grasp the sexy images of the 1940s; and they all love the cartoons, old Latin music and Donald ... Read More:

My tween and I have fun with this one in the car. There are some older ones so I do not feel so out dated. But she knows them as well.
Release Date July 06, 2004
I bought this my my two year old baby girl along with Elmo's potty time to help motivate her to use the potty. She absolutely loved this dvd the very first night. At first, she didn't not have much interest in the potty, but after only two weeks she has made big progress. She would only sit for about 45 seconds on the potty and she would never tell me she had to go. She lets me know she has to potty, but it is usually after she has gone in her pull up( it is still such a big step). The next step, she will tell me before she will have to go. Bear in the Big Blue House has made an outstanding first impression because i haven't heard about it until now. Also, we love the theme song!!!!

I haven't been this excited about a new album in a very, very long time! These songs are catchy and enjoyable over and over again (important with little kids!) I bought this album because I loved the "Happy Not my Birthday" song on Disney but was pleasantly surprised to find it's not my favorite song. I love "Abby's Alphabet Soup" a great song for teaching letter sounds and a catchy tune to boot! I also love "Edward the Tap Dancing Elephant" which is just beyond fun and hysterically funny when my not-quite-3-year old chimes in on the chorus perfectly in tune and on beat!
The only other kids album that I might enjoy slightly more than this one is Barenaked Ladies "Snacktime"!
