We've waited years for it and here it is. Finally. I have every U2 concert DVD you can have (even the Super Bowl performance and SNL) yet this is the one DVD that was a no-brainer.
For those of you around back then, it's nostalgic. This concert is what turned me on to U2. For some reason, MTV was showing it in 83 and when I saw it I said "Who ARE these guys?" From that point on, I was hooked. All because of this.
For others of you not old enough, this is a chance to see U2 at their absolute peak when they were the Band That Mattered, before they started playing around with irony beginning with Achtung Baby. Not that they don't matter now, but as other reviewers have pointed out, this is THE definitive version ... Read More:

If you are an immensely huge rock and roll band (or the member of one), history has a way of catching up with you...or, if you're really lucky, coming to you. Pink Floyd is certainly one of the biggest stadium acts that popular music has ever known, and they have played more than their share of historic performances, but it seems that the truly historic moments have occurred after the band splintered. First, and most momentous of all, Roger Waters played in Berlin as the wall came down. Now it is David Gilmour's turn, who arrived in Gdansk, Poland on the anniversary date that Poland's Lech Walesa founded his country's Solidarity Movement. As a moment in history, it should well be remembered for generations to come. As a concert, it is hardly political ... Read More:

Life's unfair. Want proof? Just look at Buckingham's solo career. "Out of the Cradle," almost ignored when it came out in the early 90's, is now belatedly considered by many rock critics as one of the ten best cd's of that decade. Perhaps burned by that poor reception, LB didn't release another solo cd until '06's Under the Skin, and now this year's Gift of Screws. I connect the 2, with Screws (title based on Emily Dickinson) a more electrified sequel to the acoustic Skin. And like Skin, it shows Buckingham's superior skills as a songwriter, arranger and master guitar player. His guitar work, alone, is enough to have him in the pantheon, but he is constantly overlooked on "best of" lists. As a muscian, Buckingham simply plays circles around most other guitarists, ... All in all a good CD. The addition of all of the special guest musicians on some of the old songs really gave it a nice flair. The newer music was good as well. Would recommend to any Little Feat Fan.

Black Butterfly is Buckcherry's fourth album, and follow up to their successful album "15". Black Butterfly pretty much follows the same formula as the previous album, mixing in a few ballads with the rockers. Black Butterfly is a pretty solid album, and if you enjoyed "15" you'll enjoy Black Butterfly as well.

Hi, my name's Scott, I'm 12 next spring I have been studying all Beatle litterature and theirown sleazy CDs and I have come to find without a single shotgun doubt that PMC was really killed beyond reecognition after the infamous carcrash that took his life on wednesdaymnornnng at 9 o clock.
Listen, grandiose naysayers and other friends, you just can't go on pretending he's still the same today as he was burns of the Past Age' - the man is really no more, he is exit, finito, passed on to the merry pastures, he's friggin dead.
See why Heather Mills was so upset when she found out she married an imposter.

The CD is really great. I had this CD in cassette form but I needed a cd since my cassette player quit working. If you are a Bob Seger Fan then this is a must have. It is great to listen too while working out it is mostly upbeat and keeps your energy level up.
If you buy this cd you won't regret it!

Hey it's really beyond me how five of the lowest class crocks from Grave Britain can turn into muzak icons. In 1964 they jumped around a tidbit and they shook their greasy hairs but these antics dont make a good music. They are filthy poseurs without any form of talent whatsoever. I'd rather listen to Andreew Ridgeley of Wham team up with Barry Manilow for some good rock!! You must be spoilt fools to believe that this crappy CD is worth more than a stifled laugh. Get over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was moved to add my voice to the other 999 reviews having just listened to disc one this morning. I am sure that I cannot add much to the proceedings so let me just say this: even the songs that I had wondered previously as to why they were included (Wild Honey Pie and Why Don't We Do It In the Road to name two)sound good in 2008. The Beatles were always several steps ahead of everyone in their music making. This album only goes to prove that in some cases, their vision extended years and years ahead of everyone. But eventually, a cat sitting down to write the one thousandth review of this cd on amazon.com catches up!
