There is no denying the music of U2. They've made so many countless hits and other weathered stories to level with. Still, the music has always been able to speak out simply the most. In the 1990's, they've made so many contributions into the Box Office charts. Still, nothing seems to clinch that reward very well than a call from Batman. Their 1995 contribution to the Batman Forever Soundtrack, Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me plays like the unbelieveable anthem nobody could've ever expected from U2. It is just a hard edge of passion and truthfulness that was possessed in the song, and an anthem for Batman. Still, I just hope that U2 could be able to score something this big for Batman again.

The beauty of this single lies in the 2 great live cuts. This single contains the best live version of Stay(Faraway, So Close) that I've heard. Where the streets have no name is lifted from the live DVD in Boston. The mix on these two tracks is so good that it makes you feel like you're actually in the audience. Amusthave for any die hard fan.

"Flowers in the Window" is the third single from Travis' "The Invisible Band" album, and somewhat of a letdown. After the first 2 singles ("Sing", "Side") were obvious choices, there are a lot of good, but-not-quite-outstanding songs on "The Invisible Band".
"Flowers in the Window" is a mid-tempo gentle sove song, with the banjo again feateured prominently (as in "Sing"). There are 2 additional tracks on this single: "Central Station" is a great rock song, penned by Andy. "No Cigar" is somewhat of an oddity, with the refrain going like "We were close... but (--then thundering voice out of nowhere--) NO CIGAR!" Strange.

it should seem odd that i'm just now getting around to purchasing this cd. i've been a fan of frank black for almost two years now (i could kick myself for not discovering him, and the pixies, sooner..., but teenage fanclub were never really my cup of tea. i did, however, recently fork over the money for this decidedly excellent, albiet very short (less than fifteen minutes) disc.
all four songs here are very solid, particularly "the jaques tati", which in my opinion is one of the best pure rock songs frank black has ever penned (and, believe me, that's saying something.)
even though the price almost guarantees this album is only heard by fans of black or TFC, i could earnestly recommend it to anyone even remotely ... Read More:

As I understand it, these were the last two songs to be cut from OK Computer. It's easy to understand why. Polyethylene starts off as a quiet solo, then breaks into a loud rock song. Similar in energy to Electioneering. Pearly has a strange almost tango-like tone to the beat and guitar riff, but is another out-and-out rock song. These both appear on Airbag, although a different version of Pearly appears on the Running from Demons EP (it's the same version as this, but they appear to have re-dubbed the main guitar line as it sounds different, and comes to a cold stop at the end instead of fading out). If you can't get Airbag, definitely get this.

Lithium is an awsome song, and so are the other two. Been a Son Live is equal to the recording that's on Incesticide. Curmudgeon is a really cool song also. It's worth it if you like Nirvana.

Madonna finally overcame her 90's slump with this single, the best from her 1998 album "Ray Of Light". This stunning song remains one of my favourite songs ever and places at #2 on my Top 100 of all time behind "Losing Grip" from Avril Lavigne.
The dreamy beats are capped off by a stunning vocal performance.
Overall this song will take you on a wonderful journey through every emotion you can think of.
