Listen, I actually had a friend give me a free copy of the album and I am STILL Buying my own copy just to support this young lady! This is one of the best albums I have purchased in a long time! Listening to Adele's album makes you so upset with commercial radio! People complain that they want to hear better music and here it is! There are talented individuals out there, however we only hear the same 10 songs on the radio! I encourage anyone reading this review questioning whether or not they should buy the album TO BUY IT!!! I am actually offended that the price is set so low at $9.99! It should be higher!! I pray that she comes to Chicago for a concert! It was in perfect condition. It actually came earlier than told which was
perfect before a 14 hour ride with two children to help entertain them and get them to our vacation destination.

I love the song "Realize" and throughly enjoy "Bubbly." Everything else on this album sounds like everything else I've ever heard, not to mention each other, so save yourself some money and download these two if you like them and ignore the rest. It's really not worth the money.

Nice CD, but missing the intelligence and wit of the former "Quelqu'un m'a dit". The texts, as well as the tunes, have become simpler, less interesting, and have lost their twist and bite.

When was the last time you heard a John Lennon, Yoko One, Tom Petty, or Jackson Browne song on Country Radio? Probably never, but if "Country Radio" Program Directors are smart, they'll grab this CD and run with it. Other reviews here talk about how Campbell (always a great interpreter, not a composer) will appeal to the young pop audience. If nearly any track on this CD is snuck into the playlist on any "hat act" radio station, it'll fit right in without backlash for playing an "over the hill country/pop artist".

Campbell still has the vocal chops and hasn't missed a beat. Seems like other reviewers here went into such detail, that there's not much I can add but...... go out and grab this album.

At first, it seems like a transtition to children's music is odd for Barenaked Ladies. They've always been more concerned with wit, something children of a young age don't catch onto. Not only that, but their image as the geek band that everyone loves doesn't necessarily lend itself to being childish. However, when you really think about it, it makes perfect sense. The college crowd that embraced them upon their 1998 smash hit "One Week" is now ten years older. It's best to start with one warning: some people simply don't like Conor Oberst's voice, whether it be on this album, or as a part of Bright Eyes or Desaparacidos. That being said, it is impossible to dispute Oberst's proficiency as a songwriter. As a lifelong Springsteen fan, I've always considered The Boss to be one of the best lyricists of all time. Since I became a fan of Bright Eyes and Oberst, I would now consider him to be better than Springsteen. Some of his lines are truly incredible, and the listener cannot help but be touched.

I have been a NIN fan since he came out. I just can't seem to love this album as much as the rest. It's got great sounds and the lyrics are good too.. just doesn't strike a cord with me. The concert was fantastic though! Don't miss it.

As any fan of Sigur Ros knows, they're fantastically strange. And anyone who does not like them would say the same, only changing that they're too strange, and that they're being different for the sake of being different. It's easy enough to say that the lyrical approach is pretentious; Sigur Ros sing in a Norwegian jibberish, encouraging their fans to make up their own words. No album better expresses their artsy tactfulness (or lack thereof, as some may say) than 2002's ( ), which had no titles, no lyrics, no acknowledgements, no nothing.
