I love almost every song on this CD! The Ting Tings' music really makes me wanna sing along. The one song I didn't really like was Impacilla Carpisung, but that's just because I can't stand the little gulping noise that's in the background. Katie's voice is kind of nasal, but I like it, it sounds good with the music. My favorite songs were Traffic Light and Keep Your Head. I definitely recommend this CD!

They're a great band, and the first two songs are awesome, but the rest of the album is really disappointingly average. Not recommended for casual fans.

This CD has really passed my "acid test". I've been listening to it exclusively over the past week or so and it's one of those albums that just gets better as you get more familiar with it. "Will It Grow" is the best song I've heard all year. I really liked the Wallflowers, but Jacob Dylan's first solo album exceeds all of my expectations. Buy this if you liked his dad, the Wallflowers, sad songs, great acoustic guitar and drop dead amazing songwriting.

I suck at writing reviews so I'll keep this short and sweet the majority of the people on here who gave it 1-3 stars are crybabies and that's that! Yea Metallica got a little softer but this album IS still metal and is one of the top 10 greatest albums of all time, in any genre! We are suppose to give ratings and reviews for the music on this cd and not what Metallica did afterwards cause yes they seem they money hungry a-holes but this album is still a masterpiece and EASILY 5 stars!

Here Come The 123s [CD/DVD]

We received this DVD/CD last week and the kids have been watching it over and over. Normally, I'd find this obsessive behavior concerning, but the educational quality of the video makes this one of the best DVD's I've seen for children. My kids are ages 6 & 8 and the video is geared so that both of them benefit from the lessons.

We really liked Here Come the ABCs [CD/DVD Combo], but we think this one is actually better. The music is well-composed and shows a great deal of musical sophistication underneath the silliness, playing with different musical styles and time signatures. I have been hungry for new music as of late to which I've sought out such new albums from Staind, Tool, Breaking Benjamin, Saving Able, etc. which did little to satisfy my new music craving and with some, only more so, left a disdained impression of the what there really is out there. Then I heard "The Sound Of Madness." This truly is one impressionable and phenomenal album.

The diversity in the cuts keep the mind hungry to hear that next track. Mixing was superb on this album yes indeed, but mixing alone cannot overshadow for the lack of talent which Shinedown obviously is NOT lacking. I listen to very little other than Buffett, and this is a terrific addition to my library. My 6yo daughter loves the concert!!! Some day maybe we'll come up with enough dough to see him live again, and bring her, too!

I first became aware of Alejandro when I saw him perform on a TV show and said to myself, "I've just got to have this guy's album." Since I love the blues, I thought the safest bet would be to get his Bourbonitis Blues CD, and I'm not disappointed. It's got to be one of the best I have ever listened to. Alejandro's got such a curious and successful mix of styles and genres ... I ordered Real Animal at the same time I ordered Bourbonitis Blues - and, again, was not disappointed. I have subsequently ordered three more of his CDs after listening to the preview tracks provided by Amazon. This service is an excellent way to determine whether you will like the album you are thinking of buying ...

I have been a fan of Linkin Park since the Hybrid Theory days and they have since then continually made great and risk taking music. With this album many risks are taken. Some risks paid of and some just led to not so great music. Many people seem very upset about this album but to me, I'd rather see an artist I like taking risks and finding new sounds then for them to just keep making repetitive music. At least with MTM, they broke up the box and scrapped together way different styles and came out with some stellar stuff. Upon my first listening I wasnt so impressed but as the year has passed since its release I've come to love alot of these songs. So my suggestion would be to listen to it, sit on it, then review it.
