It really is a great CD, I even decided to play the game one more time after listening to it. You won't regret this purchase!

I pretty much bought this for the opening theme. Most of the music, even a few songs are just alterations. Overall a great album!

Unfortunately, I bought this cd specifically for the NES and Ocarina of Time songs. Sadly, I found that the NES songs were merely bad remixes. The Ocarina of Time songs were intact, but about half of them were not present. The rest of the songs were great though. I would recommend this cd UNLESS you are in it for the NES songs.

If you're a fan of old school final fantasy then you will love this album. Better than the second black mages album in my opinion, but there are a few tracks I was disappointed with. I really enjoyed hearing the tracks from the older games in the series (1, 2, 6,) since those were the games that originally got me hooked on final fantasy. Dancing mad was awesome, as was the other battle themes from six. Those three tracks alone make this album worthy of my collection. The only two tracks I was somewhat disappointed with were tracks seven (JENOVA) and ten (Fight With Seymour). I think they should have dropped those two tracks and picked some tracks from final fantasy 4 instead. But overall, it's an awesome album and I recommend it to any final fantasy fan!

For me, the greatest appeal of the first Cowboy Bebop disc (O.S.T. 1) is that all of the pieces (except the abysmal "Rain") work well together and form a cohesive whole. No Disc approaches the sounds of Cowboy Bebop from multiple perspectives and from various bands. There are more actual songs (music with lyrics) on No Disc than on O.S.T. 1. At first, I didn't like this approach, but the music grew on me with time. Not every piece or song is as complete as those of O.S.T. 1, but there is plenty of great music to write about.
"American Money" is a hilarious, banjo-driven critique of the foundation of the United States' economy, and it accomplishes this task in just over a minute.
I find "Fantaisie Sign" hard to describe. The female ... Read More:

This CD is a fairly raw, unembellished compilation of the original soundtrack for Myst. It is a testament to this game's originality that after some twelve years, I remain quite impressed with its music. Undoubtedly, the game and its soundtrack are inextricable, so I can't imagine what it would be like to listen to this CD without having first played the game. It's nice to finally hear the music in its unabridged form. (I played Myst on the PC. Mac users purportedly heard the soundtrack in its entirety.) This game is a master stroke!
