This music is the coolest. Sounds Very James Bond. I have never watched James Bond, but i have heard the music. I would reccomend this to all who liked the show. And to all who like fun spy music.

I have always loved soundtracks, the way that a composer uses music to set the mood. But I am still incredibly picky about which soundtracks I buy.

From the first episode of X I knew that I had to have this soundtrack. The essence of the whole series can be felt in this music.

Even if you have never seen an episode this music will move you.

Absolutely stunning.

I originally bought this CD just for Sugar Ray's "Mean Machine" and then I found out that the rest of the CD was pretty good as well. The only reason I'm giving this one 3 stars is because the little in betweens with stupid people talking mess gets boring and lame really quick. Other than that, I loved it!

I had this soundtrack on my wish list for 4 months before it came out. When it was finally released, it took me 3 months for find it in a local store, and even then, they had to order it. Within a year it was stolen, and I've been checking local shops again ever since. I then turned to amazon as a last resort and was pleased to find such a low price. Some people complain about the sounds of cars.... look at the title of the soundtrack, and what the theme is, DUH! Who's the idiot now? And to be "assulted"? Obviously you don't have enough brains to realize what a SOUNDTRACK is. A collection of DIFFERENT bands/music genres. Such great music, if only my drive to work were longer.

Originally, I knew I was buying this whether I liked the music or not, just because the show is so top-notch. However, upon listening, I found such a melodious bliss caressed by ears unlike much of what one hears today. It seems many people are disappointed by this because "it's not like Cowboy Bebop". Well, if it were, Cowboy Bebop's music wouldn't seem as amazing. This soundtrack is meant to be listened to without comparing it to other anime scores. Doing so unleashes a pleasant audial experience no matter how many times it's listened to.

My grandchild picked this out for me to read last night and I had almost forgotten what a wonderful book it is. It has a mystical beauty about it that you can't explain but you feel it nevertheless. The artwork is perfect just like all of Van Allsburg's books. He's my favorite children's book author. The movie is another thing. Where the book is mysterious and beautiful and somehow captures the wonder and awe of the Christmas season, I think the movie is just creepy--the addition of stereotyped ethnic characters was all contrived and wrong.
