This cd makes me remeber the final year of ym high school, since they played this cd at my senior prom. And that was best year of my life, excluding the year i been with my gf. But this cd has music that will make your car shake and boom. Plus has many good solid beats to dance to if your throwing a party.

I would like to start by saying that this is NOT the best rap album I have ever heard. The rhymes are just silly, and at times nonexistent. This is basically 78 minutes of noise. However, that is no reason to give the album a bad review. From looking over previous reviews, it seems to me that the point of this album and crunk music in general has been lost on the majority of listeners. Anyone who honestly thinks that Lil Jon was out to create a classic album is downright clueless. These types of albums aim for two simple things. First, to create music that is fun to listen and dance to. Second, to make money. Lil Jon has succeeded massively in both respects. You know the first couple songs around you think that they have some pretty good party tunes, then you realise all of their music sounds EXACTLY the same. These guys have no place amongst other hip-hop legends like Pac, Biggie & Nas. If you heard at least 3 of their songs, then you've heard everything that they've made because their style is not diverse at all. The same speedo tempo, the same topics, seriously these guys have like 200 songs about the same thing. Hate if you want I'm speaking the truth.

If you like Orlando style break beats, this is the CD you've been craving. This high energy compilation mixed by Florida's "Bass Queen" made me want to jump out of my seat & start dancing. It's got the drum & bass feel only a central Florida Dj can deliver. Words can't explain how I felt after listening to this. It's like having an ear gasm!

This CD has so much more energy and creativity than 95% of the other crap music that's popular these days, rap or otherwise. I personally love his vocal delivery, so much better than the average rapper that drones on in a monotone style like he's giving a speech in 9th grade english class that bores you to tears, forcing you to focus 100% on the lyrics (and most rap lyrics are crap anyways, admit it!) hoping he's saying something interesting... (which he is not), but at least with Lil Jon, you can enjoy the MUSIC and VOCALS as a distinct part of the package -- apart from the content of the lyrics. Amazing is right (this may be the first time I use this adjective). It's hard to believe that amazing music like this comes from the electronic genre. Tobin makes music that conjures up images in the mind, can even make you groove, and emotions on the side. This music is so dense and made that it only deserves to be played on some of the best kinds of speakers. Those damn bass heavy headphones that badly wash out treble really can't do this stuff justice. Some music is just higher class. I still can get emotional effects after digesting the sounds, so once noticed through awesome soundsytems, you can easier pick it up in cheaper headphones. If you like the Disco Heaven compilations from Hed Kandi then you are bound to love this. Up-front house with soul & gospel drenched vocals throughout. And the kicker is the price. This has got to be the cheapest way to get 2 discs full of great house music.

I love this guy, but I find his later work kind of fatiguing. His music is so brilliant and amazing that sometimes I have a bit of trouble taking it all the way through (laughs). I found his debut, Bricolage, fantastic. While it may not be as brilliant in other senses, this is the best form of the drum and bass sound. It doesn't have the mindless repitition of it, but still has those rhythms that I love about D and B. He does go to other beats as well to, but a lot of chaotic drums are intact that go like ________ peanut butter and jelly over everything else. On top of that, when you add Tobin's still great use of, uh, everything else he sticks on top of the rhythms, this is why Bricolage is so great when I give it a whirl.

This CD takes me way back...there "MIGHT" be better Bass CD's out there but this cd will always be ranked #1 to me...when people ever look back on Bass CD's Techmaster would/should be considered the Creator of GOOD bass
