As always, Jewel's voice is amazing! Absolutely loved the album! However, I hope she doesn't go "all country" really like the older stuff better. Yet, let's face it, she could sing the alphabet, and we'd by the album!

amos lee's new cd is not what i expected, but... wow!!! upon first listen, i liked it (it's amos lee- how could i NOT like it. he's awesome!), but didn't love it. however, as i continued to listen, it started growing on me... a lot! it has now been over a month since i got it and it has not been taken out of the cd player. it is a different amos lee, but it is still amos lee. and he blows my mind everytime i hear him. this is a definite must-have!

Steve still has it! Not a whole lot of broken ground here, but solid music with great percussion, and classic organ. His voice is still as good as when he was with Spencer Davis doing "Gimme some lovin". Nice surprise.

Yes! YES! The best album Van's put out since A Sense of Wonder, and it might even be better than that, which would mean this is his best album since Veedon Fleece, which at this point is thirty-four years old. That's not to say he's been in suck-ville for the past three decades (unlike someone we know - hi, Santana!), because he's made good records in between those two. A Sense of Wonder! Poetic Champions Compose! Enlightenment! Back on Top! Magic Time! Irish Heartbeat's probably good, too! And all of them are better than Avalon Sunset! Ha! I've been wanting to buy a "Greatest Hits" album by George Michael and TwentyFive has all the songs I wanted and more. The two cd's encompass his whole music career from when he was in Wham! to the present. I couldn't ask for a better album. Great product and reasonable price, too!
