Much has been said about the Miles Davis' "Kind of Blue." The album is the subject of two books and any Miles Davis bio worth picking up devotes several pages to it's development and musical importance. The record is known for its simplicity and improvisation, as the sextet of jazz masters use a minimum amount of chords to create a mood that's profound, yet accessible. The original album consists of five tracks recorded in two days. Now, a half a century after its creation, there's a lot more.

No one--and I mean no one--expected Rihanna to blow up the way she did. When she first came out, I got a huge belly-laugh out of the fact that she signed a six-album contract, which is pretty much unheard of for even the most established performer. I guess Jay-Z and Rihanna are the ones laughing now. So I suppose it's inevitable that Shontelle, another young Bajan woman, would want to try and follow in Rihanna's footsteps. But Shontelligence seems to blatantly steal the formula from her role model's debut album, Music of the Sun, which wasn't much of a success, anyway: Shontelle wants to be a pop star, but she doesn't want to forget about her Barbados roots... or at least until she reaches the pop stratosphere, at which point she can leave her origins behind, ... Guess i can call this booklet with a mini-cd a collectors item. IF im right about it Mr Cave made this item just too get more cash out of his latest album.The music itself have to wait until i got my hands into the DIG CD witch will be bought eventually (when price gets lower:) .
