The video quality is excellent; the Audio section allowed me to more fully understand how well my surround sound was working; while quite technical, it starts at the beginning and is easy to follow. It is very worth the price!

The video is kept my kids attention the whole time. The "safe side super chick" is a little wacky; however, the lesson was learned and my kids want to watch the video. I would recommend this to any parents, grandparents, aunts/uncles etc., just be sure to watch with your children.

I'm sorry but this wasn't a five star DVD. Infact,I fell asleep for a few minutes. Maybe it's Blanca's monotone voice. Indeed it is relaxing, however a little too relaxing. The speech on how to be sensuous I had to skip over. Blanca talks on how to be sensuous and what is sensuality, "nature, oceans, etc," but strikes the common stero-typical pose of languishing passively on a fabricated Sultanish setup on a green lawn. Yawn.
Back to basics. The first instructional part was so slow, broken down and minutely detailed that I was getting bored and impatient. But I kept on. Then the second instructional part provided relief. Blanca goes through the same movements with more energy and voice overs which makes the movements and at home class session flow. ... Read More:

First, yes, I echo what the other positive reviews have said. Music is cheesy, production is cheap-ish, examples are very clear and immediately useful, provides the clarity that the Total Immersion book doesn't.

But really, I should not have had to get 1/3 of the way through the book before finding that I needed a $40 DVD (or, alternatively, a $500 weekend seminar) to really make use of its techniques. C'mon guys, raise the price of the book by $5 or whatever and include the DVD with it!
